It is never too early to be thinking about your child’s education and most importantly, it is crucial that parents do not have their plans thwarted because they don’t understand the system, including deadlines.

There are a range of options for parents to consider, from nursery schools, pre-preps, prep schools to all through schools (3-11 or 3-18).

In addition, there is much angst surrounding selective entry at 4+ and 5+. Children do not need tutoring at 4+, but there are ways that parents can optimise their child’s chance of success at this early stage. My experience with the 4+ and in Early Years education means that I can give parents a clear picture of the process, discuss what is required and help parents devise a long term strategy.
