About Dee Francken

Dee Francken BA MA has extensive experience in Junior and Senior School education in both the State and Independent sectors.

Dee was formerly Senior Teacher at the North London Collegiate School, one of the UK’s leading schools and the only school twice named Sunday Times Independent School of the Year. She then became the Headmistress of NLCS Junior School and therefore has experience of selection and education provision across the age range from 4-18.

Dee has been an adviser on the government’s City Academies project and a consultant at the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, which oversees national exams. Dee provides seminars on education topics at major London financial, legal and business institutions through Employees Matter Seminars, and has spoken at Citigroup, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, PWC, Clifford Chance, UBS, Accenture, BNP Paribas and a host of other City firms.
